"Great place to stay."
Love the location, great view too. The room was amazing and the food outstanding. Hosts Rob & Lee are the best! Thanks for the very pleasant stay! We will be back!

"Best B&B in Morecambe"
Stayed at the Balmoral for weekends break with my husband and I have to say I loved every minute of it.
The Balmoral is like a home from home, with a wonderfully warm welcome from Lee and Rob - the best hosts anyone could hope for.
We had a spotlessly clean on-suite room with spectacular sea views of the bay. The guests lounge is very comfortable, and again, spotlessly clean.

"Home from Home"
Stayed at the Balmoral for a weekend break with my husband in April and I have to say I loved every minute of it.
The Balmoral feels like a home from home, with a wonderfully warm welcome from hosts Lee and Rob, a lovely (spotessly clean) on-suite room with fantastic views of the bay.

"Best B&B ever."
I loved every minute at the Balmoral. I was lucky enough to be able to book a room on the upper floor … the view was absolutely amazing. To the left fountains, pristine promenade walkway and children running about having the time of their lives, to the right the shops and arcades. And then there’s the sea view. Stunning.

"Just like home!"
I've spend twelve nights in the guest house and I felt very much at home. The rooms are very clean & tidy, excellent views of the bay, the food is fantastic and Rob & Lee couldn't be more helpful. I was made to feel very welcome. Shops,bowling and cinemas are about a 10 minute walk.

"Scooter Weekend"
We stayed at the Balmoral Guest House for a scooter weekend in March 2012. The rooms are very clean & tidy, the food is fantastice & Rob & Lee are great hosts. We were all made to feel very welcome. We will stay here again. Look forward to seeing Rob & Lee again.

"clean, comfortable and friendly"
We have stayed at the Balmoral on 3 occasions while visiting friends in the area and it has always been clean, comfortable and friendly with a tasty and fulfilling breakfast. We shall be back!!
